Plan looks good

0930 - Crystal Palace Breakfast
Being your first day you might wake up at 4am and have a long wait for breakfast.

I would pencil in 2 days for Epcot as it is huge. Improves you FP chances for Frozen, Soarin and Test Track. Also 2 days for AK if you want to get on the new rides.

That's true. I'm not too fussed about the new rides at AK but will schedule an extra EPCOT day

Fair enough.

I would usually schedule two days for HS/AK/EP because rides might be down, weather is bad, kids are napping, to fit in all the show times, etc. You can also take your time and do rides a second time.

AK has great shows Lion King, Nemo, Flights if Eden is napping you might have problem doing them all in one day.

You should check this place out.

The kids loved this place when they were 2 years old. Spent hours digging.
