Thanks for the report Su.
We haven't eaten at Nine Dragons in years and had just added it to our September plans as chinese is about the only meal that Michelle has asked for. Still very undecided as our experiences here have not been too great and we may end up just going to Ming Court. Dawn

Hi Dawn
Haven't been to Ming Court, so can't compare notes. But from what I've read I think you'll find the portions a lot smaller at Nine Dragons. Doesn't affect me too much of course - as I eat like a bird |

Thanks for the report Sue. Sorry you were disappointed.
I love chinese food but i like it nice and plain, like egg fried rice, plain chow mein etc. I'm not sure the menu is for me at this one.

I have eaten both at Ming Court and Nine Dragons. have to say I prefer Ming Court to nine dragons not that there was anything wrong with Nine Dragons. We did not book and were seated quite promptly if I remember correctly. We ordered typical food there sweet and sour, beef green peppers etc. I think we ordered a mini banquet. It wasn't as expensive as Ming Court, but for a nice romantic meal i would have to say i'd choose Ming Court.
Although we probably will be eating at Nine Dragons as we are on the DDP! |

Thanks for sharing, Sue. Sorry to hear that you were disappointed. We have eaten at the Lotus Blossom Cafe, but not at Nine Dragons. I love chinese food though!
