Cancelled can we move a ticket?

Long story, which I won�t go into.
Large party booking of 3 separate bookings.
On the booking of 10, 1 member can�t come, it�s a virgin booking. They have said we will get �125 refund, but there is a Disney ticket on the booking obviously worth �395 any bright ideas or does it just go to waste ?

I have had a think and can�t think of any, we are happy to take the loss in the circumstances.

The reason for cancelling is not covered by insurance.

FP booking today so didn�t want to link the ticket if we have any options.

If the ticket is on the Virgin booking and you haven't linked it to MDE could you ask them to see if they could cancel it and give you a refund?

Assuming you haven't linked the ticket to the person not going ? Refund wise I'd say that you would have to deal with Virgin. Might be worth speaking to Disney, whilst I don't see them refunding they might allow you to keep the ticket until you need it or issue you a ticket that you could possibly sell on

Virgin Said no refund so yes we will ask Disney if we can save it for next year maybe.

I can to cancel this year year and we are a group of 7, we contacted Disney and universal and tickets have been extended, we bought tickets through 3rd party but dealt direct.
They where very helpful, have been sent new reference numbers.
