Here’s some info. Hawksmoor currently a big place to go in NYC. Who would have thought - the English selling a steakhouse to the yanks.
Secret? They cook the steaks like I do with a reverse sear over charcoal. Really a barbecue steak. I also believe they source some of their meats from near me. Grass fed. Another unusual thing to sell to the Americans who eat grain fed steak.
