Frozen Fish Pie

Bought one yesterday from Aldi and asked Hubby to put the shopping away. Just found it in the fridge instead of the freezer
Will it still be able to be cooked and ok for tomorrows tea?
It says cook from frozen on the label.

I would eat this, it has been defrosted very slowly in the fridge so will have only just fully thawed

Fine to eat, just reduce cooking time.

I'd eat, just reduce the cooking time (but check it's nice and hot in the middle), as it's been in the fridge.

you may need to reduce the temperature a little too, otherwise the pastry may burn and fish may be overcooked

what time/temp does the packet say? im guessing 180 or 200 for ~45 mins?

i'd do it at 160-170 for 25 mins and see how it looks. poke it with a thermometer to check the inside is cooked without cutting it open. failing that, stick a fork or knife in. hold it for 10 secs, then check the utensil temp with your finger or tongue. youll know if its not hot enough
