He’s home now we’ve been told to give him ibuprofen and calpol alternately to try and keep the temp settled. It’s peaked at over 40 twice now in a week and has hovered at 38/39 more than I’d like.

He seems to pick up everything. I assume because being born in lockdown he hasn’t had as much time to develop an immune system. We go from illness to illness. This is the poorliest he’s been though even worse than when he had Covid.
Hard when they’re so little and can’t tell you what’s wrong and you can’t explain things to them.

Hopefully it’ll settle soon.

Hope everyone whose feeling under the weather improves soon.

I’ve got it, just came back from Rhodes and feel awful, convinced it’s Covid but testing negative. Hope everyone is feeling better soon.

I can’t never have stand diluting juice , fizzy stuff etc
I know I haven’t drunk enough but that’s because even holding a cup I’m done not good when you’ve got to drink
Ps I now know how in a past life patients hated me when every ti e I passed them I asked them to have more than A few sips

Sounds like my husband was, He tested negative and then I did another test on him the next day and the positive line came up straight away before the test had got to the top line.

I had this a few weeks back, sore throat, headaches, hot one minute freezing the next, rotten cough, snotty and generally felt utterly crap for a few weeks. Ended up with a UTI & chest infection, multiple LFT's and a PCR because of work, and all negative. Just a horrid virus. My DS had it 2 weeks after me and had 3 days off school. I still had a bit of a cough but nowhere near as bad.

Hope you feel better soon!
