Christmas card to new lovely neighbour

We had a new lovely neighbour move in recently.

Knocked on our door when she moved in to introduce herself.

Always pass the time of day if we see each other.

Her xmas deccies went outside the same day we did ours. So she obviously loves Christmas as ours were very early .

Neighbours around us always drop in xmas cards, however we aren’t sure how our new neighbour spells her name.

We don’t want to offend, but still want to pop a Christmas card through the door.

Any ideas for how to address/write it?

Perhaps just put who it's from inside with your house number in brackets in case she's not sure who you are and put her house number on the envelope?

I'd put her name as you think and put (I hope I've spelt this right! )

If I sent one to my neighbours
I’d put I hope you have a great Christmas and new year

Ps can you keep the ≈≈≈≈≈≈≈ noise down and not slam your car door 15 times before leaving early in the mornings 👍🏻

Thanks everyone for your replies.

Rac20 this is perfect.

Our lovely neighbour knows our names and we know hers but just don’t how she spells it and don’t want to offend.

“wishing you a merry Christmas and happy new year from” us named is the perfect solution.

This would have been our xmas card to the oxygen thief who lived the other side of us many years ago, until she was prosecuted by our council. I feel your pain.

If you’re lucky, you’ll get a card back and then you’ll know how to spell it for next year.👍🏻
