We're having roast beef, Yorkshires, roast potatoes and other veg. Just me and hubby

Roast lamb for DH and I, cannot wait. This time last year I was sat in a&e on my own with a colossal nose bleed, ended up staying in overnight. Never been on a ward before and let's say it was eye opening.

Looking forward to a good lamb roast with loads of mint sauce. Going to make a huge hotpot with all the leftovers. Yum.

Whole leg of lamb which I will stud with rosemary, garlic mash, red cabbage with apple, spring greens and turned carrots. Tarte citron courtesy of Ds (chef) and I will also make Eaton mess.
Will will have it in the evening rather than Lunch as Ds will be feeding the 5,000 at work until then

We’re having a leg of lamb, done in the slow cooker with stock to make gravy, roast potatoes, mashed carrot & swede, cabbage & Yorkshire puddings, I’m making pineapple upside down cake for dessert with custard, Happy Easter 🐰🥚🐣

Lamb for us as well. I only buy it at Easter as it's pretty pricey now, I'm also really looking forward to lashings of mint sauce. Fingers crossed there will be leftovers for Monday.

Roast beef for us as DD hates lamb. Yorkshire pods, roast potatoes, honey roast carrots and parsnip, broccoli and cauliflower. I am going to make chocolate brownies for dessert with fresh strawberries and vanilla ice cream.
