Current thrill rides and wearing glasses
Obviously lots of new rides since 2019 and I'm not able to wear contact lenses, so looking for current info please!
Can you wear your glasses on Velocicoaster or do they have to go in a locker? What about the other roller coasters? I'm as blind as a bat without them which isn't great either! I aways carry spare glasses, but was wondering about straps etc. My glasses fit well and I wear polaroid overglasses for brightness Issues too. Thanks in advance ☺️ |

We both wear glasses and use straps to make sure we don’t lose them I definitely wouldn’t go on Velociraptor without them.

Getting Excited
|
Just been in April and I wore my prescription sunglasses on Hulk, Hagrids, RRR and Velocicoaster. Also normal glasses on space mountain,
rock n roller coaster, everest etc. Can't see without them very good. Stayed on fine but if you are worried you can use a band as previous post said. No need to use lockers for them. |

I wear my glasses on all coasters. I have glasses strings with the little rubber loops on the end, I prefer these to the rubber tubes you push the arms in. You can get them from opticians, I always have at least 2, just incase .
I also tie the excess string in a knot at the back of my neck. My glasses are so secure it's a struggle to take them off afterwards.
