Good Morning. I have managed to rent out my points as sadly have been unable to use them this year due to travel ban.
The renter has asked me to request a ground floor room near a bus stop. Could you please assist? How can I do this?

The renter has to request this themselves. When they log into My Disney Experience and do online check-in, there'll be a section to do a room request, where there are usually options for ground or top floor, near transportation, etc, depending on the resort. They just need to do it through online check-in.

I usually do this for the renter via online chat with MS or email. I then have a record of the request that I can pass onto the renter.

I rented our spare points out this year and used online chat on the MS website to request a room. Very quick and easy. It worked as well, they got the best room at the Poly for a standard view.

The member has to make all requests.

Online chat is best but not sure it’s working at mo. Alternatively send an email.
