I like a finest pork and apple
Or plain pork chipolatta for a breakfast
I mentally can’t cope with cheap sausages and the smell of hotdog sausages makes me gipp

I don’t really like posh sausages, or to be more specific, I really don’t like the thicker casing. I had some really great Irish pork sausages last week in a hotel in NI that were so tasty. I also love proper beef links out the butcher.
I know you mean link sausages, or artisan, but honestly for me the best sausage I’ve ever had is the square beef slice out the butcher at the bottom of my road. An absolute treat.

If you do, I would love to read about any sausage making efforts.

Asda’s Taste the Difference are really tasty. Probably the nicest I have had in a while.
