Gained or lost?

So with lockdown have you gained weight, lost weight or maintained?

I’m personally going to be rolling out of lockdown 😂🙈 I usually need an incentive which is usually a holiday! I have goals and diet for them. Going to my living room every night isn’t an incentive! It’s definitely boredom for me! I’m drawing a line and braving the scales in the morning. Ready to depress myself 🙄😳😫

I have lost 15lbs since early Feb, lockdown actually made it easier as I am exercising more as I have more time and because my life feels so out of control right now it’s been nice to focus on something

Lost... a pound a week!

Working still, less takeaways, less eating out, Tesco limiting to 80 items in on-line deliveries (whilst we shop for us and 2 others) means less snacking on junk.

I unfortunately have gained weight, we still had sweets/chocolate from Christmas so I have been steadily working through these.

I have gained about half a stone 😱
No matter how hard I try, I keep stuffing chocolate and biscuits in my mouth. Just can’t stop, and without all my usual walks and activities , I’m just sitting around.
Must kick my backside into action

Hate to say but... gained 1st 3lbs
This good weather is not helping. Plus I’ve decided I like baking cakes and biscuits, and they all seem to disappear all on the same day!

I’m hoping the scales shock and scare me into dieting! I know I’ve put on because my work pants are definitely tighter! I’m sure I’ll get it off, just hard to motivate I suppose!

I've definitely gained, support your local shop they say, never had these wee pineapple cakes for years, but now we're shopping local, I'm addicted to them, think I've eaten 110 since lockdown started 🐽
