I have put out a Facebook request and it is closed at the moment. I will update, should I get more detail.

Whilst I have never visited the actual buildings, I have dived from the harbour wall, out to and on to the last remains of HMS Warspite where the keel and some plate remains to this day. Well worth a google.

The garden terraces on St Michael's Mount are now open and you’ll need to book tickets before your visit. Members can book for free, while non-members will need to pay when booking. A ticket provides you with a specific timeslot and provides unlimited access to outdoor parts of the island and for the period that the causeway to the island is uncovered. You will walk to and from St Michael’s Mount on the causeway and while the duration that it is uncovered by the sea varies each day, the causeway is usually open for around four hours.
