Goes on at 6am 'til 8am to take the chill off, has done for the last couple of weeks, not needed it during the day/evening yet.

A few days ago we did as it was 10c with a chilly wind. It’s fine right now at 16c, a blanket will do before bed 🤣

Literally me! It's not been really cold here yet but I do try and delay putting it on. Putting it on wouldn't break the bank but it feels so silly when I could just put another layer on. But we are kind of competitive about it, wondering who will cave and put it on, me or my husband.

I might find it harder now I know we're in the minority!

Mine is controlled by a thermostat so is never off. It kicks in when the temperature drops below whatever I have it set to, which varies by day and time. It has been on the occasional morning.

Same here. We never actually turn it off - even for the summer. It is controlled by the thermostat at various differing temperatures throughout the day and
night, although it's set very low at night because I can't abide sleeping in a heated room and have to have a window open

We have only had it on for 30 mins at a time, about 4 times since March .
We don’t use the thermostat as we have hive so if it’s a bit chilly I just boost it for 30 and that’s enough .

Yes, it's been on for weeks. If it's cold the heating goes on, I'm pretty sure this year it came on in August. What's the point in being cold and uncomfortable, I think it must be an age thing though, we put the heating on and our DS opens his bedroom window.

My husband couldn’t handle the heating being on and a window open.

Yes! We control ours manually and I think I actually had it on one day in August when it was unusually cold (we're in the North West). Can't stand being cold in the house!
