I start out enthusiastically and wrap nicely but then get bored. So now I set up a camping table in the spare room, so I can just wrap a few items at a time and stop when I am fed up. Thinking of using brown paper this year, think it looks pretty with coloured string, like the idea of putting baubles or pine cones on,

A few years ago someone on here said that they used their ironing board to wrap presents and it's changed my life 😄
I set the ironing board at the height so that I can sit on the sofa. The sellotape and scissors go at the 'iron end'. I put Love Actually on the telly and off I go!
So 'Thank you' to whoever that was if they are still on here 🙂

I seriously can’t wait to start wrapping. I need to hold off until December as I like to do them all over a day or two.

Ive got some nice boxes ready to pack ip gifts, ready to send/ deliver to friends etc as have a feeling its all going to get alot stricter. Have done away with family secret santa this year, but am doing a hamper/package for my mum, and got loads of little boxes in the shape of houses she is going to paint and we will fill with sweets. I also got lively boxes in shape of christmas trees from Hobbycraft she will decorate too. I love wrapping stuff and packing it into bags ready for the big day!

Oh I love wrapping - bows, ribbon, homemade tags, the lot

I like the ironing board idea, will try that this year.

I love the idea of houses filled with sweets. Can I ask where you got them from?

Hobbycraft, they have a few different ones should you need to make a ‘village’ - thought it nice kids can decorate them. They had loads of different boxes etc to choose from. Well worth a look. X
