Ideas for HP treasure hunt to tell the kids?

We have decided to tell our Harry Potter mad kids they are going to Universal and Disney through an HP themed treasure hunt. They’re 11 & 15. I have a number of “props” they can find but I’m sat here trying to write clues and drawing a blank! Any creative people out there want to throw some ideas my way?
My props are: a fluffy Hedwig; a Golden Snitch; a wand; a Gryffindor Robe; Gryffindor Scarf; and the final clue will be their letter inviting them to “Hogwarts” (Universal). Apart from the last one these can be in any order!
Any ideas?!
