So how do villas actually work

Hi

Have booked a villa & car package with Virgin. How & when do i get to know where my villa is? How do i get the keys? etc, really confused as to how it all works.

Sorry not sure as we've always booked our villa privately but I'm sure someone wil be along soon to tell you.

We have always had a code to get the villa key out of a key box by the front door.

Normally - if you have booked allocation on arrival villa - you will either get to know when you get your tickets with instructions on how to collect your keys and when from or the lock box number -
Or you will be told at the airport on arrival when you collect your keys or lock box code.
Last year when we go our tickets the address was on the accommodation voucher - we then had to call at the villa management office to collect the keys (and drop them off on departure).
