The shuttle service is included in the resort fee but I cant comment how good or bad it was as we never used it

We used the shuttles all the time, it was brilliant, always on time and no issue at the other end, you get to know the drivers and we used them to go to other places which was good as we did not take the car.
We were there in June and it was the Hotel said they were fully booked but it did not appear to be busy and the pool was always quite.

If you are staying here you need a car that would be my only gripe the rooms were great, huge and clean.
