While shepherds watch their flocks, let’s fly to Florida, Day 12 - Celebration

So we’re up at 7 again this morning, I’m all for making the most of my days. In case anyone wonders what time it gets light in the morning, it’s about 7am.

Another absolutely gorgeous day but a little chillier, we put the heating on for 10 minutes!

Toast for Richard and tea for me.

We’re off to Celebration today for the Farmers Market. We manage to park in our usual spot just along from the market.

It’s much bigger than the last few times we’ve been, maybe because it’s not so hot in the winter!

We buy some fresh Ciabatta bread and some strawberries.

I run them back to the car while Richard takes some photos by the lake.

We head over to Starbucks for Coffee and cake and have a little picnic on a bench overlooking the lake. It’s really hot, perfect weather!

We watch this little Anhinga drying his wings. He’s not the slightest bit bothered by all the people!

We walk along the river watching a little woodpecker, he’s so cute but too small to get a photo!

Gorgeous flowers!

We head home, it’s pool time!

We have lunch, drink beer and Prosecco!

A perfect afternoon!

Another trip to Walmart late afternoon, more things on the list, a door mat, glue and a few other bits.

Next door to Lowes for Mulch, most people are planning the fireworks in Magic Kingdom, we’re buying mulch!

We check out their loungers, we’ll be changing ours on our next visit.

We’re meeting our opposite neighbours Donna and Jim in Millers at 8pm. They live in Ireland but are always over at Christmas, same as us. We do talk through the year on good old Facebook.

Millers is a bad move! There’s a big game on and they won’t even give us a wait time! Apparently lots of people are staying for the whole game so tables are not being vacated.

In reality we wait about 20 minutes, so not too bad.

We share a couple of plates of Mozerella Planks to start. I have fish and chips, Richard has shrimp Alfredo, Donna has a steak and Jim has a bun less burger. I had 6 huge pieces of fish and took half of them home in a box!

Our bill was $41.

TTFN xx

Love the market at Celebration although when we went Easter there were only a few stalls so it's good to hear there were more when you visited. The mulch shopping made me laugh we brought some, initially 5 bags ended up going back a few times before we had enough -it doesn't go very far when you spread it out !

The last few time we have been to Celebration market there wasn't many stalls so glad to hear there are more.

We gave up on the mulch, changed to a ton of white stones which we had delivered to share with our neighbour

Love Millers! Tend to have the 35 shrimp

Selina. The market looks very good and what a beautiful day, can't fault that for Winter time.
Strawberries look excellent, some nice stuff on sale there.

Millers, the shrimp alfredo looks good but hells teeth that was a huge fish meal!
I can eat well but that would have done me.
Great value I must say.

I absolutely love shrimp alfredo and have never managed to find it in UK.
Beautiful pictures as always and Celebration is one of my favourite places.
