last video did show just how busy it is. It is worth remembering that it is peak season though. Anyone travelling from September onwards will hopefully enjoy lighter crowds. We are there in November and will atleast be giving it a go, we will be with a toddler so will most likely just go to the tots area and the lazy river etc.

Am I right in thinking that the max capacity for the park is around the 6000 mark? If so, does anyone know what the capacities are for Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach or Aquatica?

I remember last time we went Aquatica has just opened. We tried to go twice, but was at capacity by 10am. In the end we went one evening and had a wonderful time. We are planning to go late afternoon in the next couple of weeks to VB and hope it will have calmed down by then. However bing on the larger size, now worried about all the weight restrictions!

We are staying at Portofino Bay for a couple of nights end of August. However it looks so mad early in the day that i'm thinking of giving early entry a miss and just trying an evening visit.

We keep changing our minds about VB on what feels like a daily basis. We are at RPR the last week of August but only have 2 park tickets. Been told we can upgrade for $25pp but not sure whether to do it or not. Might try a late afternoon/evening visit. Decisions, decisions.:

The new vlog is terrible! I felt claustrophobic just watching it. But as theriler said, it is peak at the moment so it's understandable. Hoping for lower crowd level going forward for us all!

We also watched the last vlog, and both commented that it hold no appeal at all - it just looks overcrowded, too close to the 'real world' and not at all relaxing.

Give me typhoon lagoon any day!

Yes, interesting comment. That's the beautiful thing about Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, you have no sense of your actual location and could truely be on a tropical paradise.

The cloak of trees around those two parks really take you elsewhere

Im interested to compate TL with VB when im there. Disney are so good at their landscaping and detailing. I cant see VB being as good, mainly due to being so new and plants/trees needing time to grow into their plot.

Also, ive heard some mention ride expansions at VB, but do they have any room to?
