I have booked a fly drive and that is classified as a holiday as opposed to flight only. It also allows you to pay deposit only if preferred whereas flight only has to be paid in full at time of booking.

Do you think this actually the Flydrive sale? July / August are actually more expensive today for our dates plus directs from Gatwick are still cheaper (£960) than indirects through Dublin / Philly, which are coming in at close to £1000. Is it just because it's not applicable to school holidays? Worrying a bit now as £1000 indirect Flydrive is almost as dear as Virgin direct!

We are waiting for flights to be released and we will be ready to book next week.
Once the BA sale starts does anyone know how long it lasts for?

What kind of price would be good in the BA sale for return world traveller plus from gatwick direct do you think?
I have £600 per person in mind - is this about right?
