I was looking for around £1600. Based on some of the stories I heard on here about the flight prices for last year in the sales!

We have booked ... outbound,
Man - lhr-Mia.. return Mia-Ph-lhr-Man, (yikes) for 4ads, £1548. With BA
Thought it was a bargain, not so sure about 2 stops on the return, never mind it's too late now!

Finally booked too!
We are going Gla-LGW-MCO 1st July 2018 (07.00-3.35pm arrival)
Then return MCO-PHL-GLA (flight leaves 2pm and arrives 07.05am Gla)
We booked through Expedia inc full size car 2a and 2c £2435.
Was holding out for a bargain that never came. At least Glasgow is on our doorstep and no 4hr drive to Manchester this time as prices from there were still higher.

Booked last night on BA website. Direct flights LGW-TPA 5-26 August for 2 adults and 1 teen. £1956 less £240 using some Avios points. Happy with that for direct flights in school hols.

I've booked! I booked with Aer Lingus on their website, indirect from LGW via DUB to MCO 31/7 to 16/8 for 2 adults, 1 teen and 1 child. £2421, includes bags and seats already selected on all legs. I'm pretty pleased with that. I'm looking forward to the pre clearance in Dublin, we haven't done that before.

We flew Aer Lingus last year and they were good.

Goldia sorry to put a spanner in the works but i'm not sure if you can pre-clear if you are on an indirect flight from Gatwick. If I'm wrong please correct me dibbers.

You can pre-clear in Dublin on indirects if your next stop is in the US You can also apparently check your luggage all the way through, they just show you a photo of your luggage (apparently, I've no experience personally).

Thanks, I was just looking at some of these flights via Dublin and was wondering about this. The pre-clearance is definitely an attraction.
