Can you access your emails to get to the original holiday confirmation or even card payments which will help to show Disney when you booked.
Did you book direct with Thomson or via a 3rd party ?

If it was included in the package it should be on the confirmation letter from Thompson.

You may need to take this issue up with Thompson because although you booked with them in time for the dining they may have not booked it with Disney in time.

Yep if it's not on the booking you're quite possibly not going to get it. Just because it was on offer at the time Thomson may not have included it (it's an option to not take free dining when booking).

Hope you have some proof from Thomson you should have free dining OP.

Have you got an email or anything in writing from Thomson? Hope you can get it sorted with them. Can you ring them - was it booked in a store or online?

I didn't book this years stay until the very close to the end of the offer and that was 3 November, hopefully you have your booking confirmation to show Disney when you booked and as you are already there I'm sure they will sort it for you.

Booking confirmation alone doesn't mean you have free dining though. It's an option when booking to not take free dining so if Thomson have messed up it could be not included.

I haven't booked with Thomson, but immediately upon booking with Virgin I recieved an email confirming hotel, tickets, DDP, voucher etc. It was all on there.

OP, did you book instore with Thomson or online?

I'm unable to help but OMG I hope you get sorted - what a dreadful start to your dream holiday!

If Thomson have not included it I hope a little pixie dust is sprinkled by Disney when they see how upset you are!

BTW - did everyone else just double check their booking... or was it just me?
