Ours has linked tonight after having a call on Monday afternoon changing our hotel. Which goes to show that it is Virgin as we'd been waiting since April for our November booking.

Having just looked our tickets are showing already but only as 7 day tickets and not 14 day ones.

Glad you're linked, but definitely keep an eye on those tickets. Double check your Manage My Booking or whatever VH's equivalent is that they have actually confirmed the 14 day tickets.

Thanks, have just checked and it's showing on our booking that it should be the 14 day tickets, more phone calls it seems.

Edit: It is also sort of now showing on the app, the tickets are there (again wrong ones) and when I try to link the hotel, it says this is already linked in 'name'. So hopefully will sort it self out in the coming days.

Just to update again, it's now the 13/8 and our tickets are now showing correctly as 14 day tickets both on the app and the laptop.😀

If it's showing correctly on the booking I'd be willing to give it a few days to sort itself out on MDE. From what others have said in the thread the tickets aren't usually showing up until a week after the hotel, so it may actually be a glitch.

I really don’t understand how a huge company like VH can get themselves in such a big mess!?!? I do feel sorry for the frontline staff, it can’t be nice for them to deal with so many unhappy customers!
Very true!

So my tickets have now linked to MDE but they show that they are valid until 8/11/19 which is the date that we check out after having 10nts at Yacht club but as they arec14 day tickets surely they’re valid for 14 days after we first activate them?

I had the same issue and was told on here that they show as valid until the dates you are staying at Disney but will work after you check out. This always causes confusion but all will be fine
