The Messiah

Anyone else watching this on Netflix?

We're about 7 or 8 episodes in and loving it!

Watching the Messiah and really like it. Tried the Witcher and made it about 15 minutes before I couldnt bare it anymore, I thought it was so bad.

The problem with the Messiah is that it could have been so much better. Some of the flaws really bug me. For example how he could walk around in public so easily with nobody around. As we know, in real life he would have 24/7 security at all times and if he stepped outside, people would be following him non stop, taking selfies, trying to hold him. Especially if people truly believed he was the second coming.

Do you think the Pope could leave the Vatican alone and walk around in peace?

Also, he wouldnt of made it to court in the US. They would have detained him using the terrorism act.

It is still entertaining though, but I can see it heading the wrong way if they get a season 2, and knowing Netflix history, they will just decide to cancel the series with no notice. (as they always do arrrhhhh, Santa Clarita Diet)

He's The Messiah - of course he can slip out unnoticed

Don't get me started on Santa Clarita Diet...
