There are 2 outlet malls at opposite ends of the strip both owned by Chelsea Premium Outlets. The one I use is Las Vegas Outlet Centre about a mile from Mandalay Bay because its enclosed and air conditioned. The Duece (strip bus) goes to the LVOC but I would normally take a taxi. The Premium is more awkard to get to as you have to change buses or you could take a taxi. It's an outdoor mall just like Orlando's Premium Outlet Mall.

The is another great shopping area called Town Square its also outdoor but it has great stores and places to eat.

I also would highly recommend this! Boyfriend and I took a taxi out here on one of our days and it's a lovely little place! It's quite out of the way, was really quiet and was like a little village in the middle of nowhere! Couple of really nice bars as well.
