Our community have valet trash collection and empty the bins every morning, as such we ask our guests to only put rubbish out in the morning to avoid the issue.

DH forgot one day, we didn't realise how easy they get in and out of the bin until we witnessed, he just looked at us and continued his snack.

We used to have an opossum visit us every night in Anna Marie island. So cute! We used to feed him our Cheetos.

The critter guy the HOA employ is coming tomorrow to relocate them but they can't move the stray chicken that's wandering about as it's a domestic critter
The whole community are on capture her to rehome her mode you get to about a foot away and she scarpers poor thing but we can't feed her till we get her safe for her own good

We have the bungee type grip handles on our trash cans.
Seems to work fairly well.

Unfortunately their teeth and claws can eventually get through.

We have bear proof bins on our community, racoons have no chance (to be fair, they are Sandra proof too as I really struggle to open it )
