Cabana Bay - Suite or two rooms?

Currently in the process of moving our holiday (all booked DIY prior to Covid) so by the time we go (if we ever get to go 🙄 ) our eldest will be almost 17.

We currently have one volcano bay view room booked (3 nights). Would you change this to a suite or book two rooms?

Minimal difference in price.

Thanks.

We have had an exterior family suite the last three times at Cabana Bay and find it makes it so much easier with a family of four (twin 14 year old girls who hate sharing a bed) it means they get a bed each and you can close off the rooms if someone wants to sleep and others don’t’
The mini kitchen is also useful for snacks and breakfast
The only downside is you don’t have the Volcano Bay view but you are nearer the bridge to either the walkway to the parks or to get over to Sapphire Falls for the boat
If there is minimal cost I would defiantly go either for a suite or two rooms

Think I’m leaning towards a suite. I’ll check some YouTube vids out. They do have volcano view suites so I’ll have a look at those.☺️

We looked at this the other year and in the end went with connecting rooms at Aventura which was superb.

We had an interior entry family suite for 1 night in 2019 and thought it was great. So much so, that we've booked one for a week next year. There will be 4 of us, and our children will be 19 and nearly 21. They think the rooms are great too. We did look at the suites at Endless Summer as they're huge, but in the end decided that the better pool and location of Cabana Bay was more important to us.
The interior entry rooms are on the side of the pool with the lazy river and closest to the Volcano Bay entrance, which is why we chose that over the exterior entry rooms. They're closest to the pool with the slide. Not sure if that make any difference to you?
