LBV roadworks, hotels, travel delays 2022 ?

So I was between booking Hawthorne suites, Blue Tree or Grande Villas for next August but have remembered about the crossroads demolition and new roadworks.

I am concerned that it will cause traffic delays and longer routes, we will be using Lyft exclusively while off-site.

I picked LBV area due to its proximity to Disney but if we are going to be redirected on longer routes I think we'd be better off in another area.

What are your thoughts ? Is it likely to be complete by next summer ?

I am considering Blue Heron and Westgate Leisure Resort, both a bit further out so more costly Lyfts but may end up easier.

I've not been to the crossroads so I'm not sure how it's layed out, if the roadworks will even cause an issue.

I really have no idea, sorry . However I was wondering the same as I feel when they demolish / widen rds etc at crossroads it will take a long time and create dreadful hold ups.
