Cancelling Disneyworld without Calling ~Instructions~

Hey,

As our payment was due we made the decision to cancel our August Disneyworld stay (we still have the flights and will still go if possible but will stay in Rosen if it happens, no point paying the extra with no FP etc!).

Anyway to cancel your booking you just need to email DisneytravelUK@Disneyonline.com, have your booking number in the subject and full name, cancellation reason etc in the body of the email, refunds take 7-10 working days.

Might save someone sitting on the phone for 30 mins like me

Fingers crossed we can still go though

I email to cancel both our 2021 reservations a few weeks ago. 1 was refunded with no issue but the other required me to phone. I'm guessing it was because that one was our 2020 moved holiday so payment details weren't on the reservation.
