Virgin Seat Selection at 331 days

I did not get any email from VH at 331 days, but I was checking the site regularly. VH had updated my invoice with the flight ref (outgoing only) and I downloaded a copy.

Weirdly I cannot change my ticket class (to use miles to upgrade) until 331 days before return flight, so I've booked exit seats in the bubble as a 'plan B'.

Just keep checking The way I knew was I also kept checking the Virgin Atlantic website to see if my flight on the date I'm flying became available to buy tickets for.

Like I said before just scroll down to your flight details on the "Holiday details" tab and it should be there. On Saturday I checked at 6:30am and it wasn't there, but when I checked 30 mins later it appeared. I was on there booking seats like sonic haha

anyone know why my date for booking seats is saying i can book at 334 days before when everyone is saying its 331 days in advance. Just im at the 334 days out point but no reference avaailable yet

It will change daily and count down as you log into your booking but you will not be able to book until the reference number appears at the 331 days.

This had me confused each time i logged on.
