Storybook Dining at Artist's Point

Hi All

I'm on a solo trip in June, on the DDP, and was wondering what others think of this meal. Is it worth doing as a solo?
Whenever I've been with my family, we haven't done any 'face' character meets...so will this be kinda weird?
Do you think the servers would be ok if I asked them to take a pic, as I have never taken a selfie in my life

This one has not been on the radar before, as its my first time on DDP.

TIA
Kat

I’ve not been to this restaurant but I have asked servers to take my pic while my DH & DS ran off to the buffet when Minnie came around. They were fine! They’re asked to do it all of the time.

The reviews seem pretty good lately. Go for it if you fancy it.
If we were taking the Granddaughter this year I would try it based on the much improving reviews.

It was on my radar last September but we didn't make it so I have it on the plans for April. I have never known a server not be happy to take a photo.

We enjoyed it, not sure how they portion size the starters for a single diner but 3 prawns between 2 seemed a bit weird

We loved it, the guy on the table next to us was a solo diner and he had great interaction with the characters and the server took his picture for him. We loved the food and Grumpy and Dopey are adorable.

we loved it, food was great especially the main course but also loved the theming of the starters and desserts, some great themed cocktails, characters were great, service really good, I would go back again next year but I already have too many character meals

We enjoyed it- the food was ok to good. The characters were great though. My kids just kept giggling at the Queen who was not amused by the perceived lack of respect. All great fun. I'm sure you will have someone happy to take your photo.

We went last year, had seven days DDP, easily the best meal (didn't do any signatures), great service, character interaction was good fun.
