I’m disgusted I put on 7lbs!

I go for a run every single day. I also walk the dog a fair few miles every single day. I average 23,000 steps a day, each and every day.

Despite all this activity, I've put on weight over the last few months.

Turns out that even if you are really active, eating and drinking like an utter pig will lead to weight gain!

I've put a stone on. I'd lost 4.5 before lockdown. It's the stress of homeschooling turning me to tea and biscuits (or murder! ).

Only 3 weeks until the end of term :-)

I am on my feet all day at work and now on furlough I've become lazy and bored.

I needed to lose two stone before, all geared up for my sons wedding and was determined to lose at least a stone but when that went t#ts up I put on instead!
