I emailed and said our flight had been cancelled, they asked for proof the flight was cancelled due to COVID-19 so I sent a screen shot. Had a reply saying we were covered under the ticket guardian scheme so I expect you will be too.

Just wanted to update this for anyone waiting for a refund from Orlando Attractions Tickets (OAT) I received my refund yesterday, approx 60 days total wait.

I sent mine back and they confirmed receipt on 05/08/20 - have emailed today for an update and all they said was they are working towards a refund process taking 60 days and I would be notified once they had processed the refund

31st July they received mine. I got the same email reply last week. 👍
