August heat what to wear on feet

So the only time we can go is August 🥵 I normally go Oct/ Nov so wear trainers or cushioned pumps, I’m guessing with the heat I’d need open shoes, any ideas as I do like to be comfy

August is great (apart from the thunderstorms which are manageable) It is humid but just drink lots of water and do something indoors mid afternoon

You can still wear trainers. I wear sandals when we go to the water parks but for the mileage you cover around the parks I would still recommend you wear your most comfortable trainers

I wear either fit flops or Gabor lanzarote flip flops. Both are like slippers and I can walk forever in them!

I wear my Skechers for all the walking, keep my feel cool and comfortable. Sandals for an evening or water park

I wear flip flops or sketchers, both fine in the heat. Never had an issue in trainers in summer as the rest of me is way hotter than my feet 🥵

We all still wear trainers but buy light mess ones. Couldn't walk on concrete for all those miles with anything other than my most comfy trainers.

I wore Karrimor sandals from Sports Direct and they were perfect (and cheap!)
