Park tickets

For those of us that are going December 2021 & not staying on site but still need to purchase park tickets does anyone have any ideas when tickets will become available.
I rang virgin holidays today, and they don�t have any idea on when tickets will be available.

I�m pretty sure I saw winter 2021 tickets available on Floridatix recently.

Have now seen them on the virgin website after being told this morning by virgin that they weren�t available & they had no idea when they would be available to uk travel agents .
