Ohh this is interesting thread!
We are doing 2 bathrooms, the big one and the en-suite, have bought the things for the en-suite (the installer is providing the loo part) and waiting for 16th November to come round.
After that is the big bathroom, not started buying anything for their yet but it will be having one of the Japanese Toto “super loo” in there – a treat for myself (others can use it, well I think I will let them! ).
Will try and post some pics of what we have got for the en-suite – but basically it is white metro tiles, with some pattern tiles for floor, with a black walk in shower tray, black frame shower screen and black shower unit.
Must say that I have minimal involvement in design here, typical guy I just say it all looks fine and have zero opinions on it as long as it is not bright green etc. lol

How strange - I'm having the exact same tiles on the floor in our downstairs bathroom. I found it an absolute pain to find a matt metro tile that worked with it for the walls and nearly gave up as couldn't decide between the contrasting similar colours you've shown in your picture.

If they're the same ones, Waxman Heritage black?, then I've decided on another Waxman large metro tile which also comes in 3 similar contrasting colours. I'm going with the lightest shade.

I've actually used the tiles before in our porch but in the grey (actually looks more sage green). Tiler said they were brilliant to put down.

Aww, Riley’s mum! How is he? 😍

Your bathroom renovation is lovely- I’m keeping my bath and the room is a slightly different shape but the floorspace looks similar. We don’t need a new ceiling and am aiming for no more than £5k - wish me luck!

We have just ordered new a new bathroom this past weekend from Wholesale Domestic.

We ordered a toilet and sink vanity unit, bath, shower screen, bath panel, taps, wall tiles, floor tiles and heated towel rail for around £1200. We got 10% for the tiler having an account there, just had to mention his name.

We're keeping our existing shower because it's only a couple of year old and the same plumber fitted it. Just need to get light fittings now.

That’s really good! Are they local to you?

I intend to do our bathroom next year as it's very dated albeit still looks ok. Sad to say but to have a walk in shower I need extra room so the bidet will not be replaced.

We have spent quite a bit on the house this year so I fully intend to get a bath, basin, loo and big walk in shower. Fully tiled walls, new flooring, new ceiling, loads of spots, new fan, new Rads etc etc and won't be spending more than £2.5K

Hope all my Mates have free time on their hands.
