Married 32 years and the first thing we did at each of our houses was organise milk delivery. At present our milk gets delivered at approx 6.15. Lots of milk deliveries in NI flat bed open back small lorries, lots of companies and independents.

Ah gotcha - sorry.

I thought perhaps you meant you didn’t want 12 individual glass bottles left!

Must be a huge reduction in plastic with those that use the glass bottles.

It was green bags today and in my Road of 11 houses there must have been 30 bags put out and that’s in 1 week! Awful.

3 bins here and then bags

Green bin is garden waste
Brown caddy is food waste
Grey bin is rubbish
Green bags for recycling

They were going to do a bin for recycling but that got halted when the COVID issue started.

There's a what I assume is a franchise called milk and more. Lots of milkmen who work for or franchise from them .
There is a milk and more milkman local who has been delivering milk for 20+yrs according to there website.

Thankfully ours aren’t that strict - yet!

Food and recycling every week
Waste and garden waste alternate weeks.

We get milk delivered twice a week which is perfect for us. Sometimes add eggs/orange juice/bacon etc to the order or hippy milk if vegan daughters are staying over. (I do enjoy pointing out our milk comes in glass and the oat/coconut/soya milk has plastic. )

All online and direct debit so dead easy.
