Karcher window cleaner
Just bought myself one from santa 😊 got the cleaner plus small head and other bits and bobs for £54ish.
Any hints and tips on how to use it best? Is it true you can use on worktops? Ours are gloss and a nightmare to get streak free! Thanks |

You can really use it on any surface, we do work tops, cupboard doors, shower, tiles, etc. my best tip is just use washing up liquid to avoid streaks as we tried their cleaning fluid and it was no better. It makes cleaning windows a small job, and (whisper it) quite fun and satisfying!

Nice! Thanks. So don't just mix washing up liquid, white vinegar and water in the spray bottle?

This is spooky, I've just done my Mums windows with my Karcher, it's fab. I have never enjoyed cleaning windows because I never could get rid of streaks and smears but this gadget is marvellous. I got a reconditioned one from Karcher's website for around £30, one year on it's still working well. I'm going to use it on my bathroom tiles after Christmas.

Brilliant, love hearing good reviews. I'm terrible at getting a streak free finish on windows and mirrored wardrobes. It should be here Monday, I can't wait. I pay five pounds a fortnight to get windows done so 6 months and it's paid for itself!

I bought one ages ago but have never used it. It's first on my list when I get home!

oH this is interesting, I keep looking at them when the advert comes on and wondering if they actually work - sounds like they might be a good investment. I usually leave my windows till I can't see out of them properly before I attempt cleaning them! I'm not lazy its just that what ever I try, and I've tried everything, they always look worse when I've done them than when I started!
Might check out Karchers website like Linda mentioned, or wait till sales and keep fingers crossed. Thanks OP for starting the thread.
