£16 every 4 weeks for 12 windows and three doors - one of which is a large sliding door
in the kitchen and dining room. We were paying £18 a month last year but they were rubbish so we switched. It’s early days but so far so good. Edited at 08:28 AM. |

If I have the whole house done, its 15 windows, two patio door sets, two back doors and a front door for £20. However I often just have the front done as I cant be bothered to open up the back gate lol - so its £10 for the front

We get our bay windows done downstairs and upstairs, and the box room window for £10. He just sort of turns up when he wants to, not really on a schedule, but usually once every few weeks. He just texts me when he's coming and I bank transfer him the money afterwards.

We pay £7 every 3-4 weeks , he uses the fresh water system thing.
I have 6 windows and two small sets of patio doors. I actually won’t pay any more for what I get and how long he takes so if he ever puts prices up then I’m opting out.

Trouble is, it isn't just a bucket and cloth now, you need special hose systems. There is legislation about going up ladders and tbh people are wary of someone they don't know looking in their windows.
We had a great chap in our old house, maybe had him for 15 years and paid £15 per month for a Hampshire 4 bed 9 windows, 2 sets of french doors and half glass front door. He was very regular, did a good job and we had no problems at all. We were worried about finding another when we moved especially as we are in Wiltshire and rural now. Luckily the house already had a regular one so we have carried on, he comes every 8 weeks for £22 for 9 (11) windows, side panel on front door and a conservatory. Next time he comes I'm going to watch as not sure how he does our bedroom windows, one is a dormer and one has a juliet balcony. At the moment don't know what his quality is like as a lot of the window units are blown but decided to keep him on until we can see what he does when the windows are replaced.
