Alamo brits online check in/skip the counter

Hi,

has anyone had an issue when trying to check in where it says
'Business account not associated with requested contract'

The booking is showing in my account but it won't let me check in?

Thanks for any help, as Alamo has not replied to my email!

I've done OLCI with Alamo about 7 times in recent years. Twice with Brits and more recently with Andy at DFCH

I've never seen that statement. Are you using this form with a 10 digit Alamo reference number?

This takes you to the form asking for flight and D/L details and button to print. There's no need to do any separate additional STC form

I've just called Alamo in the UK and they have said that the system has just been updated, so that you need to go to the desks and show your Brit guide.
OLCI is no longer available if you book through Brits.

Really? That's unusual.

I guess at least a hundred Dibbers (us included) have never been asked to show the Brits Guide. Excellent publication it is but as Alamo probably run a thousand promotions across the US at any one time I doubt the check in agents have even heard of it.

Thanks for the info, this is what we were using as we have an account which we were logged in to.
We have also done this many times , including Sep 2019 which is why we were confused.

Do you have a 10 digit Alamo number? Mine was 142xxxxxxx back in Sept. Worth a try on the form I linked maybe.

As you know all you need is the bar code.

This is how we got the online check in page up as we have the 10 digit booking ref. and found our booking.
We have tried re-typing the populated fields as we have an account,
once we click the button at the bottom it gives us the message in a red band at the top of the screen.
Guess we'll just have to go to the counter.

Ive just tried ours both the one with Alamo Brits and the one with Andy at DFCH
Neither working one is paid one is pay on collection neither working
Says
Please supply correct validation number
Looks like it’s to the desk with all bookings that are not directly with Alamo
