Overheard in Disney

Sometimes the best fun can be waiting in line or walking through a park and overhearing what other guests are saying
Example in UK pavilion in Epcot:

Wife: "Do you think all Brits all really live in houses like that?"
Husband: "Nah, their houses are much older" 😬

So what funny things have you heard in the House of Mouse?

When our DD was working in Epcot an American lady once asked her what language we speak in England! When she told her we speak English her reply was “Oh, just like us!”

Love the disclaimer!

On our trip in May, we were at Splash Mountain to find it was down. A very irate man was expressing his anger at the situation to a cast member. In his words... “This is exactly like a hostage situation.”

I’m not entirely sure he knew what a hostage situation actually was... we laughed (quietly; we didn’t want to anger him more) and just walked away...

I thought this was going to be a thread about the Skyliner.

I won't take credit for this one. In Hollywood Studios an American lady was overheard telling her daughter how cool Hogwarts looked all lit up at night. She was referring to Tower of Terror.

We were in the line at mnsshp, it was so humid.
A man in front of us turned to his wife and said in a southern drawl “ma butt is DRENCHED”. I couldn’t keep a straight face 😲😜🤣
