Travel Inn on 42nd Street is the best bargin hotel in Manhattan in my opinion! We stayed there for four nights in May and it cost us £300 in total. Clean rooms, great location, 10 mins walk from Times Square. I can't remember their website, but they are part of the Empire Hotels Group.
Also, to save money and get a fab view of Statue of Liberty, if you don't want to get off on the island and walk around, then take the free Staten Island Ferry, the round trip takes 1 hour and you get amazing views of her. On your last day i'd suggest checking out of your hotel and then going to Empire State Building for one last view of NYC! Joe Allens is meant to be great for a after-theatre dinner, lots of celebs have been spotted here! You are going to have a great time, after orlando, NYC is my fave place to visit! |

Do the open top bus ride , the downtown one is perhaps the better of the two , includes admission to the Empire State Building and The Statue of Liberty.
Check the weather ! we went in February and it was cold, very very cold |
