OKW, Yacht Club, BLT or Grand Floridian?
We are a family of 7, all kids love swimming and we want to stay on site and make use of the pools/QS etc just as much as having park days as we have been many times. We are happy moving around to different resorts as we pack light and have a car. Next year we are staying in a villa so we want to make the most of onsite for this trip. We are already staying at Poly, RPR and AKV.
My options are: OKW 4nts and Yacht Club 2/3nts Yacht Club 4nts and BLT 2 bed villa or GF 2/3nts Yacht Club 4nts and Yacht Club again 2/3nts near end. Is Yacht Club worth visiting twice or should I try somewhere else? I love the deluxe MK hotels but we don't spend any more time at MK than anywhere else. Edited at 02:27 PM. |

I'd go for 4 nights at the yacht club, it's the best location imo. I like trying different resorts so I wouldn't go back again in the same trip what about the boardwalk for location? BLT or the contemporary would be good for the location as well, monorail for Epcot, walking for mk and close to the bus park or ferry across to WL for convenient trips to resorts.
Can you not just do 7 nights altogether at YC or does it have to be split?

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, I have to split it as we have 4nts at the beginning free and 3nts near the end. I was hoping to stay at AKV for 6 nights but they only had DVC availability for 3nts hence having to fill 3 nights near the end.
DIY is great but can be a bit of a headache too! |

Hello! I would also suggest The Beach Club. It's the only resort that you can't pool hop to for a reason... probably the best pools at any of the resorts.

Thank you for your reply. We will definitely do Yacht/Beach club. Just need to decide on second resort. I wish I could fit in a week at YC but with RPR stuck in the middle week it makes it impossible.

The pool at BLT is small and not very deep. We usually head over to the contemporary to swim when we stay there.
Like the pools at OKW as you have the main pool with a slide then the quiet pools round the resort. |

Thank you for all your replies/advice.
I'm hoping to decide and book it over the weekend. It's so difficult to choose! |

We've booked Beach and Grand ourselves... so given your options I would choose Yacht and Grand :0)
