Not the homecoming I expected...

Three weeks before returning home to Spain I felt unwell, but could not put a finger on exactly what is was. On Friday last week, I felt very strange and went to Accident and Emergency here near my home, they examined me and thought I had an infected Lymphnode in my neck, medication prescribed and I was told to return to the clinic today. Within twenty minute of arriving in the clinice today, I was diagnosed with a blood clot in my jugular vein, have been sent home with twice daily clexane injections and an appointment Friday for Sintron and a weekly review at the hospital.

Not quite the long walks and coffee in the plaza I had expected.
