Stayed in both, did not like the Dolphin, loved POFQ. While the location of the Dolphin is good, it is very corporate. POFQ has a proper Disney feel.

I've stayed at both .
I think if FQ was the same price (including the Dolphin's hefty resort fee that sometimes gets overlooked) with TS upgrade included I'd do it if in a family group. If a couple I'd be more torn and probably go for the Dolphin based on location and more grown up pool but it'd be close.

Why not both ? 😊
We are going to POFQ for first time this year (1 week first time in DDP) and then 6 days at dolphin (with a break at the beach in between)..we are big fans of swan and dolphin and enjoy that they are less Disney tbh ... the location is just fantastic and we like the feel and hustle and bustle ... and my husband always wants to bring the beds home ...really comfy! But they are an expensive choice.

Have a think about trying both ... I'm hoping each will bring something different to our trip.

And congrats on 35 years married...that's v impressive !
