Upgrading Magic Bands?

Good afternoon y'all!

Im trying to review the upgrade options for the magic bands on MDE

However, it doesnt bring back any results when I click on theme, premium options etc

It only allows me to select the old style coloured ones

Anyone else had this issue? If so - how do I get to do this?

There was a massive demand for them so they ran out of stock - no word on when they're going to get more.

Yes everybody has this issue. They ran out of stock after about two hours on the first day the upgrade option was announced. I don't think anyone has managed to get one since.

I called yesterday to added DS to our booking and CM said that we can upgrade the bands I did not ask her, but she did say at the moment there is a big demand so might not be available just yet, I said it would be next year before I pick one, she just told me to check every so often as they getting more in stock. Hope for anyone going soon they do sort it out for you all soon.

I had not realised this, but yes they are all gone! Another who is now going to check daily!

with all the the problems doing this the content checking and all that's involved I'm not sure it's worth the $10 saving

We too are checking every day. I think you can still buy them at various places in Disney though.

I bought upgraded bands on 22nd May, then they disappeared from MDE and my card was refunded. I had an email two days ago and it said bands would be waiting at the resort for us, so I rang Disney Tech who confirmed the order was there, and then on checking my card, it had been duly charged.
