Orange Tree area Clermont

Just having returned from a visit to Washington and Virginia we are now planning next years return to Orlando in June next year. Because we are taking extended family we have booked a villa for the first time. It is in Magnolia Hill St Clermont in the Orange Tree area off US 27.
I wondered if anyone had any experience or advice re that area which will be new to us.

We've stayed in Orange Tree for past 15 years in parents' villa and latterly in a friend's. Love the villa and the spacious lots meaning many pool areas are not overlooked or have well established landscaping to screen them.

We also like the location. It is one of the further out of the villa communities going north on Hwy 27, but we like that and often head north up towards Clermont for shopping and eating rather than on the 192.

We usually also fly into Tampa and it's an easy drive up to Orange Tree.

SKB123 thanks it is a new area for us so appreciate your comments. As for flights we fly from Bristol with TUI as it’s only an hour from home in Devon. It does go into Sanford but we quite like that airport it seems to reduce the wait in immigration but appreciate it will be a longer drive than our normal LBV venue

We stayed in a villa here on our last visit, it was lovely and we'd have no hesitation in staying again. I loved the fact our villa wasn't overlooked and it was really peaceful.

We stayed in a DIBB villa on Orange Tree last year and it was great. The estate is very well maintained and peaceful. There is a good Publix store very close by on the US27 that was very handy and a Walmart on the junction with US192. We would definitely stay on the Orange Tree again.

Thanks all as I have said the area will be new to us and we travel into Sanford as we can fly with TUI from Bristol. Whilst I am more than happy with travelling to our old venue in LBV I would welcome any advice as to the best route to Orange Tree from there
