She's been doing this off and on now for a few years. She has conned people out of thousands and thousands and still gets away with it. Disgusting.

Disney Area Villas LLC trading also as Disneyandi e-mailed this notice over the weekend to current and intending travellers, all victims of their's:

It is with great regret that we have to inform you that Disney Area Villas LLC is in serious financial difficulties and at this stage cannot fulfil your booking/cannot pay the monies rightfully owed to you.

Various factors have contributed to this position, most notably the change in the dollar to pound exchange rate and being let down by third party suppliers

We have taken professional advice on the next course of action, but the company has ceased trading as of 17th March, 2017 and will take no further bookings.

Please send any claims and notices to our Registered Agents within the next 120 days:-

A separate statement has been issued by Marian Barnes/Griffin/Verner (the mother of Kelly Price) which seeks to take all the blame off her daughter's shoulders but ... ho hum ! It's a total mess which comes from people being sucked in by cheap holiday offers in doubtful advertising places.

If you google any of their names you will see they have been scamming people since at least 2011

So sad for the people who have lost their dream holidays

Has this Kelly person not been jailed? I saw something similar on Rip off Britain holidays a couple of months ago.
I don't know how they can live with themselves either. 🙁

I have been following this unfold on an orlando facebook group and it's awful! How can people do this! Apparently they are British but living in Orlando.

If it's true that the extent of this goes back as far as 2011, what a truly evil woman! How do some people sleep at night! 😡

My word, just a quick google and there are pages and pages worth. This Marion lady even started posting on a forum but she got ripped into. HOW is she still doing this? Some go back to 2011 - it's now 2017 - why is she not incarcerated?

Haven't googled, but just going by this thread, I, too, wonder why she has been allowed to get away stealing from people for so long. Never mind, how can she live with herself, etc. - she probably sleeps better than most of us. Why, when so much appears to be known about her, is she avoiding jail? Let's hope that something will be done soon about her, and she gets what she deserves, and then some.

Friends of ours were conned by them over christmas sadly. Family of 5 and 2 grandparents, villa and tickets bought and paid for and when they arrived and went to the villa it was occupied by someone else! The management company took pity on them and tried to help, and a villa owner very kindly offered them a villa he had just bought on the same estate free of charge, with just the pool heat to pay! It wasn't in the best condition as he was planning a refurb, but they were very very grateful. Sadly they had to re purchase all their tickets, and lost days trying to sort it out! .

They are British and came across perfectly legitimate, they spoke on the phone etc etc. Very shocking and can't understand how they are still doing it after all these years!
