We had tickets for a preview show on the 25th March. I called them on the 18th March when I knew we would not be going and the show had been cancelled and was advised that a refund would be made within 30 days of the date of the show. I then had an email on the 27th confirming this. They refunded me 16th April.

Fair play to you , i'm just wondering if the sheer volume of refunds is pushing them to the brink, maybe they refund so many and send everyone else on a wild goose chase

Update , money returned to my Mastercard, surprise surprise it was from CdS no mention of Disney and no email off them but Im just happy theyve stuck to their timescale of 30 days after performance, now to try and draw teeth from TUI. Hope everyone else gets theirs

I have updated on another thread, but want to update here too. I finally got my refund too, it took over the 30 days though. I think it was 37 days.
